What is a remote diamond consultation?

We're beyond excited to share what we're known for with our clients who can't make it into our store! You will be working one on one with a diamond and design consultant who will walk you through diamond education, market pricing and setting designs. How does remote diamond selection work?
You can schedule the initial call or video conference based off your design form by clicking here. From there, your consultant will take HD photos and videos of your diamond selection, hand selected for your budget and specific quality preferences. Your consultant will schedule a time that works best for you to hop on a video or phone call to discuss each diamond in detail and answer all questions!

At Geoffrey's we don't match our competitor's diamond prices, we beat them! We value transparency so let your consultant know what you're considering so they can price match something they have or pull in the same/ a similar diamond at a more competitive price as long as we're comparing diamonds of similar or same quality.

I want to move forward with one of the diamonds you have, what's next?
Your complete ring price is made only of the diamond and the setting, there are no hidden fees or costs for any meetings with our consultants! Once your design is finalized, we ask for a minimum 50% deposit to begin making your beautiful ring!
What payment methods do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, check, PayPal and wire transfer. We offer Wells Fargo financing at 0% interest for 12 months upon approval as well as online financing through Affirm.
How long will it take to have my ring made?
We ask for 3-4 weeks to make each engagement ring. Our master bench jewelers make each setting by hand so each diamond sits seamlessly in the setting.
I need my ring sooner than 3-4 weeks! Can you help?
Don't worry, if we can make it happen we 100% will! Schedule your initial call or video chat just as you would normally and let your consultant know ASAP so your ring can be expedited.
What does my engagement ring come with?
We're your jeweler for life! We provide professional cleanings, stone tightening and polishing for free for life on all of your Geoffrey's jewelry pieces. We also provide a manufacturer's warranty on each ring so anything that can be led back to the manufacturing process in the beginning, we cover. Normal wear and tear is not covered though we offer our clients repairs only at cost.
Paperwork: Your ring comes with an in house appraisal and original diamond certification.
How do I know my ring is safe during shipping?
We only ship using FedEx fully insured next day air shipping with an adult signature requirement.
How does insurance work?
We provide an in house appraisal which is shipped with your ring. The appraisal is what's used to insure your ring through an insurance provider of your choice. Geoffrey's works closely with Jeweler's Mutual Insurance and recommends them highly, your consultant will send you a free insurance quote from them before shipping upon request!
